raw bar /rô bär/

noun

  1. a bar or counter which sells raw oysters and other seafood.

This business began as a raw bar, and that will always be an integral part of our offerings. Simply select the seafood your guests would like and we will do the rest.  For large events we recommend a walk-up raw bar with bite-sized canapés. For more intimate gatherings, plated and family-style preparations are available. These can range from a low-country boil to a classic French seafood tower, if it comes from the ocean we’re happy to prepare it for you. Don’t be shy.

Sample Menu

At the raw bar, the oyster is king. Ours always come with horseradish, mignonette, hot sauce and lemon.
